Subscriptions & refunds (Apple App Store)
Flowvi.be is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple's policies. If you need help, email us and we'll assist you with the Apple process.
If we discontinue the service, renewals will end and we'll provide guidance on any remedies available through Apple.

To exercise GDPR rights (access, deletion, portability, objection, etc.), email contact+privacy@flowvi.be. We may request reasonable verification.
Security (EU CRA - minimum)

We commit to proportionate security measures and to providing necessary security updates for a reasonable period consistent with EU requirements.
iCloud & on-device data
- Some settings or preferences stored on your device may sync to your iCloud if you enable it in Apple settings. iCloud is provided by Apple under Apple's terms and policies; we do not control your iCloud storage or locations. You can manage iCloud sync in your device settings.
Consumer rights (EU)
Your statutory consumer rights under Belgian and EU law remain unaffected.
You may consult EU redress mechanisms (including ODR) available in your country of residence (e.g. https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en).
Service changes or discontinuation
If we materially change or discontinue the app, we will provide reasonable notice through in-app messaging or our website/support channels. Active subscriptions will not renew after the effective date of discontinuation.
